Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid workplace fitness break services provided by Luminousbeamelbo to U.S. business customers.

Pilot programs

Cancel at least 5 business days before the first scheduled on-site session for a full refund of the pilot deposit. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit but owe no additional pilot fees.

Monthly programs

Month-to-month agreements may be ended with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Sessions already delivered in the current cycle are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Move a single session without fee when we receive at least 48 hours' notice and a replacement slot exists in the same calendar month.

Weather and access delays

If severe weather or building closure prevents delivery, we reschedule or credit the session—your choice.

How to request

Email inquiry@luminousbeamelbo.world with your company name, contract reference, and dates. We confirm in writing within two business days.

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions directly.

State rights

Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws for qualifying transactions.
